BizHonyaku ("the Service") complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and related regulations. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect, how we use it, and the measures we take to protect it.
2. Information We Collect
We collect: account information (email address, company name, full name); uploaded documents (files provided for translation); usage data (translation history, operation logs); payment information (credit card data processed by Stripe — we do not store it directly); technical information (IP address, browser info, access logs).
3. How We Use Your Information
Collected information is used solely for: providing the translation service; account management and authentication; billing; service improvement; legal compliance. Your data is never used for any purpose other than translation. We do not sell or share it with third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Uploaded files are stored encrypted in Supabase Storage. All transfers use SSL encryption. Passwords are stored as hashes. Unnecessary data is deleted when accounts are closed.
5. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not disclose personal information to third parties except: with the user's consent; to service providers necessary for operation (Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe); when required by law.
6. Your Rights
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, and deletion of uploaded files. These requests can be made from account settings or via the contact form.
7. Cookies
We use cookies for authentication purposes only. These are essential for the service to function — disabling them will prevent login. We do not use tracking cookies for analytics.
